Clafrica is a Sicilian DJ and sound engineer, member of the Beatmaker Anchor crew; growing up with Pete Rock's Funk and Jay Dee's Swing, he approached the world of audio engineering in 2011 and then landed at a later stage in samplers and sequencers. The tracks of "Pitch black" bridge the gap between the more traditional sample-based beats and abstract sounds that create dreamy landscapes, capable of stimulating the imagination. A journey into the dark and the unknown, to discover the rhythm and sounds kept hidden for a long time under a black veil, sheltered from emotions and far from the outside world.
